A chef is a highly trained and skilled professional cook who is proficient in all aspects of food preparation of a particular cuisine. The word “chef” is derived (and shortened) from the term chef de cuisine , it means the Executive chef who has the large knowledge about cookery, cuisines, recipes etc.
He not only prepares food for guests, but also spreads love to each guest amd customers with the love through the medium of food.
A chef handle many departments like Asian section, continental section, Chinese section, Japanese section, Thai section.
And specially I like the most to Asian section including Indian and Chinese food , because I am an Indian and I love its natural flavours, Spices, Gravies, Desserts etc.,
And in Chinese food it contains the sweetness, sourness and spicy taste of dishes and sauce with hot hot herbs to whom I am a great fan, I think you are a great fan of Indian and Chinese food.
